How fresh is the coffee when it ships?
We roast our beans in small batches daily. Your order is typically roasted and packaged the same day it ships to ensure you receive the freshest flavor profile possible.
What is the shelf life of your gourmet coffee?
For optimal taste, we recommend consuming our coffee within 2–4 weeks of delivery. However, when stored in an airtight, cool, and dark place, the beans remain high quality for up to 3 months.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship our coffee and tea products globally. Shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination and are calculated at checkout.
Can I return coffee if I don't like the flavor?
As a food product, we cannot accept returns on opened bags of coffee. However, if there is an error with your order or a quality issue, please contact our support team within 14 days for a replacement or store credit.
Are your flavorings allergen-free?
Our flavored coffees are free of sugar, calories, and major allergens including nuts, soy, and gluten. We use high-quality natural and artificial flavorings that are safe for most dietary restrictions.
